Start out with your base. Resize, crop, etc.
Add a color balance layer, and input these settings: shadows: C: 23, M: 3, Y: 11; midtones: C: -26, M: -1, Y: 8; highlights: C: -6, M: 0, Y: 0.
Add a layer of f7e0fe, and set it to multiply 100% opacity.
Add a channel mixer layer with these settings then set it to screen 100% opacity: red output channel: red: 122, green: -36, blue: -2; green output channel: red: 0, green: 100, blue: 0; blue output channel: red: 0, green: 0, blue: 100.
Add a selective coloring layer, and input these settings: reds: C: -47, M: -5, Y: 10, B: 12; yellows: C: -61, M: 17, Y: -1, B: -10; blues: C: 100, M: 100, Y: 100, B: 100; neutrals: C: 17, M: 0, Y: 0, B: 0. Voila! There you have it!
