Vibrant coloring

Open up your base. I used 2 screencaps and merged them together. Crop, resize, etc.

Duplicate your base, and set it to screen 100% opacity.

Add a vibrance layer, and input these settings: vibrance: 100, saturation: 20. (This layer is only available in CS4 or higher. If you have an earlier version, you might want to download the psd to get the vibrance layer.)

Add a photo filter, and input these settings: cooling filter (82) at 25%.

Add a new layer of 404040, and set it to lighten 60% opacity. You may need to adjust this depending on your image.

Add this texture to add the white lines. Voila!
