Open up your base. Resize, crop, etc.

Duplicate your base, and set it to screen 100% opacity.

Add a levels layer, and click auto.

Add a new layer, and paint over Susan's face with a soft fuzzy brush in ffffff. Set the layer to soft light 70% opacity.

Add a new layer, and paint over Susan's teeth with a small brush in ffffff. Set the layer to soft light 50% opacity.

Add a new layer, and paint over Susan's lips with a small brush in ff4a4a. Set the layer to color 20% opacity.

Add a new layer of 2a1409, and set it to difference 100% opacity.

Add a new layer of 404040, and set it to normal 75% opacity. (I know it looks weird, but it really does work!)

Add photo filter with these settings: cooling filter (82) at 25% with preserve luminosity checked.

Add a selective coloring layer with these settings: red: c: -100, m: 20, y: 100, b: 20; yellow: c: 14, m: 0, y: -51, b: 0; whites: c: 33, m: 0, y: -14, b:13; neutrals: c: 10, m: 0, y: 0, b: 0; blacks: c: 0, m: 0, y: -29, b: 0.

Add a brightness-contrast layer with these settings: brightness: -20, contrast: 20.

Duplicate the base, and bring it to the top. Set it to screen 100% opacity.

Add this texture from my Oh, Johnny! Oh, Johnny texture set, and mask out the parts covering Susan.

Add a new layer of 5e431d, and set to exclusion 40% opacity.

Add a channel mixer layer, and input these settings: red output channel: red: 122, green: -22, blue: -2; green output channel: red: 0, green: 100, blue: 0; blue output channel: red: 0, green: 0, blue: 100.

Add a curves layer, and input these settings: input: 81,output: 115.

Add a brightness-contrast layer, and input these settings: brightness: -20; contrast: 20. Voila! There you go!

psd.
