NOTE: The coloring I used was voguecolours1.psd in this post with an auto-levels layer and the gray texture gaussian blurred at a rate of 12. This tutorial is slightly edited to fit non-Photoshop programs. Also, you'll want to open the textures in your program rather than copy-pasting from this page because parts of it are erased.
Open up your base. Resize, crop, etc.

Add a new layer of 9f9999, and set it to lighten 25% opacity.

Add a hue-saturation layer, and input these settings: master saturation: 33 (You may have to up the saturation in GIMP).

Add a new layer of c595ac, and set it to multiply 22% opacity.

Add this texture, and set it to screen 100% opacity.

Add this texture, and set it to multiply 50% opacity.

Add a hue-saturation layer, and input these settings: master saturation: -9.

Add a levels layer, and click auto.

Add a hue-saturation layer, and input these settings: master saturation: 30. Voila! (It's not quite, but pretty close!)

I'm not including the psd for this one since I gave the link to voguecolour's entry. Just add an auto levels layer and gaussian blur the gray texture. :D
