Start out with your base. Resize, crop, etc.
Add a levels layer, and click auto.
Duplicate your base, bring it to the top, and set it to screen 30% opacity.
Add a new layer of FFFFFF, and set it to soft light 30% opacity.
Add a new layer of 404040, and set it to lighten 100% opacity.
Add a new layer of C8F8E8, and set it to multiply 100% opacity.
Add a color balance layer, and input these settings: midtones: cyan: 16, magenta: -20, yellow: 7; shadows: cyan: -29, magenta: 4, yellow: 9; highlights: cyan: -4, magenta: 0, yellow: 0. Leave preserve luminosity checked.
Add a selective coloring layer, and input these settings: reds: C: -50, M: 27, Y: 21, B: 12; yellows: C: -56, M: 9, Y: -25, B: -11; neutrals: C: 5, M: 0, Y: 0, B: 0.
Add this texture by ?, and set it to screen 57% opacity.
Add this texture by ?, and set it to screen 100% opacity.
Add a channel mixer layer, and input these settings: red input channel: red: 130, green: -15, blue: -15; green output channel: red: -15, green: 130, blue: -15; blue output channel: red: -15, green: -15, blue: 130.
Add a new layer, and paint over Susan's sleeves and underdress with FFFFFF. Set the layer to color 100% opacity.
Add a new layer, and paint over the gold trimming with 6A5D13. Set the layer to soft light 30% opacity.
Add a new layer, and paint over the gold trimming with F8BB2A. Set the layer to color 20% opacity.
Add a new layer of 404040, and set it to lighten 100% opacity. Voila! There you have it! :D
