Blue and Pink Coloring
Made in PSPX, fully translatable

Start out with your base. I got mine from Spareoom.net. This tutorial works best with bases of people that have a reddish, pinkish, or yellowish tones in their skin.

Blur Anna's skin and sharpen her eyes and lips.

Duplicate the base and set it to screen 50% opacity.

Duplicate the base again, and bring it to the top. Set it to soft light 100% and apply the high pass filter with the radius at 10. (For those using GIMP, you will need to download the high pass filter here. The settings should be redrobes with a radius of 10)

Add a new layer of fedcac, and set it to multiply 40% opacity.

Add a new layer of 0096e2, and set it to soft light 100% opacity.

Add a new layer of 24ff02, and set it to saturation (legacy) 10% opacity.

Add a new layer of acd9ff, and set it to burn 100% opacity.

Duplicate the base, and bring it to the top. Set it to soft light 100% opacity. Voila!
