First, open up your base. I used a screencap from Spareoom, resized, and cropped it.
Next, duplicate the base, and set it to screen 100% opacity.
Duplicate the screen layer, and set it to soft light 100% opacity. Then go to effects>edge effects>high pass. The radius should be 10.0.
Add a new layer of fef3f4, and set it to soft light 10% opacity.
Add a hue-saturation layer, and input these settings: Master saturation: 25, Red saturation: 35, Yellow saturation: -40, Green saturation: 50, and Cyan saturation: 50. I masked out his face and hand because the coloring was a bit too intense in those places.
Add a new layer of 090f2b, and set it to screen 50% opacity.
Add a new layer of b7eefa, and set it to soft light 50% opacity.
Add a new layer of 29345a, and set it to dodge 25% opacity.
Add a new layer of ffffff, and set it to soft light 25% opacity. Right click the layer and go to new mask layer>from image. Make sure you select the file you are working on, and make sure the invert box is checked. (For those who use Photoshop, refer to this tutorial to make this type of masked layer. Be sure to invert the mask!)
Go to edit>copy merged then ctrl+L to paste the merged layer on top. (In Photoshop, just shift+ctrl+alt+E.) Go make a channel mixer layer and check the monochrome box. Don't change any of the settings. Merge the channel mixer layer to the copy merged layer. Then make an invert layer and merge it down with the copy merged layer. (In Photoshop, instead of making an invert layer, just press ctrl+i to invert.) Then make a brightness-contrast layer, and input these settings: brightness:-20, contrast: 25. Merge it down to the copy merged layer. Set the copy merged layer to soft light 35% opacity.

endelyn, grayscale it, and invert it. Set it to screen 100%. I erased the parts of the layer that covered Caspian.
Add this texture byelea24 from endelyn, rotate it to the right, and invert it. Set it to multiply 25% opacity. Again, I erased the parts that covered Caspian. Voila!
