We're starting out with this base I made from Georgie's purple photo shoot. Sharpen and blur as needed. Because this picture was hi-res, I just left it alone. :D

Duplicate the base and set it to screen 45%. You can change this depending on the darkness or brightness of the base.

Add a new layer of 9cd9ff and set it to burn 100%.

Add a new layer of ffb3d5 and set it to burn 20%.

Add a new layer of caad98 and set it to soft light 85%.

Add a new layer of 000226 and set it to screen 70%. Duplicate it twice. set the top layer to subtract. So these three layers should be (from bottom to top) screen, screen, subtract.

Add a new layer of 00ccff and set it to soft light 60%.

Merge layers. Duplicate the merged layer and set it to multiply 30%.

Add a new layer of ff0000 and set it to soft light 25%. Merge your layers again.

Duplicate the new merged layer. Go to colors>filter pack. A box will pop up. First, click on the box next to saturation. Another box will pop up. Click on more saturation. Then X out of that box. Then go back to the first box that popped up. Click on the box next to hue. Click red once, blue once, and yellow once. X out of that box. Click okay on the first box. Set the duplicated layer to soft light 70%.

If you have any questions feel free to ask.
