Open up your base. Resize, crop, etc.




Add a hue-saturation layer, and input these settings: master hue: 5, master saturation: 30, red saturation: 10.



Add a selective coloring layer, and input these settings: reds: C: -100, M: 0, Y: 100, B: 0; yellows: C: 100, M: 0, Y: -100, B: 20; whites: C: 20; M: -100, Y: -100, B: -50; neutrals: C: 10; M: -5, Y: -25, B: -5.



Add another selective coloring layer, and input these settings: reds: C: -100, M: 25, Y: 100, B: 0; yellows: C: 25, M: 0, Y: -100, B: 0; cyans: C: 100, M: -55, Y: 100, B: -50; whites: C: 0, M: -10, Y: -25, B: -35; neutrals: C: 10, M: -5, Y: -15, B: -6.



Add a new layer of 291C11, and set it to luminosity 45% opacity.



Add a curves layer, and input these settings: input 1: 74, output 1: 134; input 2: 161, output 2: 200.



Duplicate the base, bring it to the top, and set it to soft light 100% opacity.



Add a layer of A5BCCA, and set it to multiply 60% opacity.



Add a hue-saturation layer, and input these settings: master saturation: 25.



Add a selective coloring layer, and input these settings: reds: C: 10, M: -2, Y: 10, B: 0; yellows: C: -52, M: 8, Y: 19, B: 0; greens: C: 77, M: -67, Y: 38, B: 42; cyans: C: 16, M: 43, Y: -59, B: -13; blues: C: 38, M: 43, Y: -58, B: -6; magentas: C: -36, M: 14, Y: 43, B: -29; neutrals: C: -10, M: 0, Y: 8, B: 0.



Add a brightness-contrast layer, and input these settings: brightness: -16.



Add a selective coloring layer, and input these settings: greens: C: 25, M: -84, Y: 31, B: 28; cyans: C: 19, M: 35, Y: -42, B: -3; blacks: C: 0, M: 2, Y: 0, B: -18.



Add a color balance layer, and input these settings: midtones: cyan: -14, magenta: 0, yellow: 0. Leave Preserve luminosity checked.



Add a new layer of 979797, and set it to lighten 30% opacity.



Duplicate the base, bring it to the top, and set it to soft light 100% opacity.



Add a new color balance layer, and input these settings: midtones: cyan: -31, magenta: -12, yellow: -18; shadows: cyan: 3, magenta: -4, yellow: -3; highlights: cyan: -10, magenta: 0, yellow: 0. Keep Preserve Luminosity checked.



Add a layer of DFE8F6, and set it to multiply 100% opacity.



Add a new color balance layer, and input these settings: midtones: cyan: 4, magenta: 18, yellow: 21; shadows: cyan: 6, magenta: -16, yellow: 4; highlights: cyan: -16, magenta: 0, yellow: 0. Keep Preserve Luminosity checked.



Add a selective coloring layer, and input these settings: reds: C: -53, M: 13, Y: 9, B: 16; neutrals: C: 4, M: 0, Y: 0, B: 0.



Add this texture
by ?, and set it to screen 72% opacity.



Add this texture
by ?, and set it to screen 73% opacity.



Add a brightness-contrast layer, and input these settings: contrast: 17.



Add this texture
by ?, and set it to screen 100% opacity. I moved this texture so that the bottom edge is over her hair.



Add this texture
by ?, and set it to overlay 100% opacity. Again, I moved this texture so that the bottom edge is over her hair.



Add this texture by ?, and set it to overlay 100% opacity. This time I moved this texture to the bottom of her dress. Voila! There you have it!
